FAQ Orders

Orders that ship FREE are available for store credit only minus the shipping charge and must be done within 10 days of delivery confirmation. You the customer are responsible for return shipping.

Orders may not be cancelled or modified after checkout.

If you are unsure of your size , style or color of an item please contact usbefore placing your order.

Contact Us for Return Shipping Address for your exchange. Reminder, you are responsible for return shipping charges on any exchange. Exchange must be done within 10 days of delivery confirmation. We will send you a PayPal invoice for the price difference (if there is one) plus shipping for the exchange.

FAQ Shipping

All orders ship USPS or FedEX. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the package and the package shows
delivered.

Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by you. If the item is shipped back to us, you will be responsible for shipping charges to ship to your correct address.

We do NOT ship international. Any international order placed, will be cancelled.
